Shipwrecked With My Twin

Working on a boat down in the Caribbean is all kinds of awesome. Yes, because it means living the beach life, but even more? Because I get to do it with my twin brother. Then we get shipwrecked on a deserted island. Stranded. Whatever. The point is it's just the two of us if you don't count The Dread Pirate Pinkbeard, and even though we've always been close, turns out we can get even closer…   After college, my twin brother and I were on track to settle into solid careers and start climbing the corporate ladder.   Yawn.   I suggested we head down to the Caribbean for the summer instead.   Three years later, we're still here, working for a local cruise company that leans hard into the local pirate lore and pays us just enough to live the beach life.   In other words, life is fucking awesome.   Then me, my brother, and The Dread Pirate Pinkbeard all fall overboard. Oops.   But hey, in my experience, things have a way of working out for the best. And sure enough, thanks to Pinkbeard, we don't sink.   We make it to a legit deserted island, one with a shit-ton of lore associated with it, and only one bed.   I mean, sort of.   Still, it's a good thing Pinkbeard doesn't need any sleep, because my brother and I are both big guys, which means for the two of us to fit, we've got to get… close.   And then we don't get very much sleep, either…
