The Author.
Peter Russell studied mathematics and theoretical physics at Cambridge, later turning to psychology as he became fascinated by the subject of consciousness and the untapped potential of the human brain. He studied TM in India under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and trained there as a teacher of TM. He studied further with Maharishi in the USA and Europe, and has since spent three years researching into the subject at the University of Bristol. He has been teaching TM regularly, and is a frequent TV and radio broadcaster."
